Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

While our goal is to get you your products as soon as possible, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled.  Standard shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 business days.  Priority shipping is available for an additional fee.

Standard shipping for merchandise is free.

 

RETURN POLICY

At Deb Alan Designs customer satisfaction is very important to us.

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than FINAL SALE) within 15 days that is unworn, unwashed and has the hang tag intact. 

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Please contact us to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).  We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval.  Only unworn items will be accepted for returns within 15 days of purchase.

When can I expect to receive the refund?

Any returned item must be in its original condition and all tags need to be intact.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If an item you purchased from debalandesigns.com goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, Deb Alan Designs will refund the difference upon request.
